Tony is an award-winning British designer, educator, and public speaker.
Living and working in Saudi Arabia for over 26 years’, his focus is helping organisations blend cultural heritage with a modern outlook, and utilising design as an integrated business practise that promotes sustainable growth.
He is a visiting lecturer at Princess Nourah University Art & Design Faculty in Riyadh, and speaker, panelist and judge at design events in the Kingdom.
His awards and recognition include 2025 CID Power List of Most Influential Designers in Saudi Arabia, Queen’s Award for Enterprise, VES Award, and Golden Stevie.

Holding degrees in both Psychology and Law, Selma has a wealth of experience understanding people and organisations, behaviour and performance.
She is a forensic planner and analyst, and brings local insight and relevance to all the work we do.
A keen strategist, Selma ensures we connect audiences with brands appropriately, and with purpose.
Selma has previously worked in local government, law enforcement, and healthcare, and is a member of the British Psychological Society.

Ross is a strategic program leader and senior project manager, with over 17 years’ experience delivering high-value, complex infrastructure, cultural, and sustainability programs across the UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Europe.
He maintains a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing portfolios exceeding $120M, and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments to deliver transformative results.
Adept at engaging C-suite/Board stakeholders with compelling strategies that drive alignment and secure approvals, he is skilled in integrating innovation and AI-readiness into governance and delivery frameworks.
